The member schools participate in weekly interschool sports in a variety of codes such as rugby, netball, soccer, basketball, tennis, lawn bowls, cricket, water polo, volleyball and touch.

Grade 4 thru to grade 12 compete over a winter and summer season with each season ending in a round of finals to determine the champion school for the grade and sport.
